Take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast. Designed for use in pregnancy and early motherhood but can be taken on an ongoing basis, or as professionally directed. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Those unable to swallow capsules can open and mix contents with cool, non-acidic food or drinks. For maximum potency, refrigerate after opening.
